ABOUT BOWLER MAN CONFECTIONS

When Mike and Amanda met in 2005 during culinary school they always dreamed of owning a bakery together.  While they did small pop-ups, catering, and events the timing was never quite right for them to take a leap. Then the pandemic hit and they decided why not give it a shot.  Originally Bowler Man Confections' current location was just supposed to be home to them for 3 months as a pop-up confectionary.  They quickly realized that the small location tucked away in an alley would become the new home for their dream.  While it's sometimes hard to find it makes Michigan City's sweetest secret taste even better when you do.  Bowler Man Confections is constantly changing its menu to make sure they are passionate about what they do and keep both customers and themselves on their toes.  Everything is baked the day of in small batches bringing Michigan City a unique array of confections with an urban rustic feel.
